The crawl returns to the Williamsburg area on Sunday, for a full day and night of the zombie apocalypse! All the undead action starts at 3pm at The Knitting Factory. Friday, May 31st – Sunday, June 2nd – The Boston Red Sox return to the house that Jeter built to take on the New York Yankees in a best of three series. Celebrate this first true weekend of summer and share in some Boston and New York City pride! (New York Yankees)

Friday, May 31st – Movie release day. Quiet night tonight? Check out the films opening this weekend. It’s magic meets the end of the world at the cinema this weekend! “After Earth” (PG-13) combines two of Hollywood’s favorite combinations-members of the Smith family. Will Smith and Jaden Smith star as father and son survivors of the end of the world trying to make their way through a destroyed planet Earth. Ta Da! Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, and Woody Harrelson are part of a who’s who cast in, “Now You See Me” (PG-13). This crime flick finally answers the question, “Can illusionists and the FBI truly work together?” Duck out of the heat and into the movies to find out!

Friday, May 31st – You may have seen them for the first time in the movie, “Dig” or heard some of their songs as a jingle in the late ’90s. Anyway you find out about The Dandy Warhols is fine by us! Rock your way to the west side to check out this post-60s rock band bust out tracks like: “ “Bohemian Like You,” and “Not If You Were The Last Junkie On Earth,”   (Terminal 5)

Friday, May 31st – If it’s summer then that means you have to hit some of the best rooftops in town for some supreme partying! Time Squares’ own, “ZBar Restaurant & Sky Lounge” will get your body moving tonight with two floors of nonstop joints spun by some of the best DJs in NYC!
