Friday, April 13th- Movie release day. Quiet night tonight? Check out these releases coming out today. You’ve read our review, now check out the mysterious horror hybrid, ‘The Cabin in the Woods’ (R). With the combination of mega-producer Joss Whedon and, ‘Cloverfield’ director Drew Goddard you really can’t lose! On the other hand you might not fair as well with, ‘The Three Stooges’ (PG). This Farrelly brothers directed remake has hit a ton of production and casting speed bumps. So, don’t blame us if at least one of these flicks stink.
Friday, April 13th – Many actors have tried but few have succeeded in crossing over to a full pledged music career. Taylor Momsen definitely fits into the exception. Once a major star on the hit show, ‘Gossip Girl’ Tomsen has traded scripts for stages. She now fronts,’The Pretty Reckless’ a straight ahead pop-rock outfit making waves and topping charts.
