Beginning at 7pm tonight is the perfect introductory class for those with absolutely no prior experience in dance. To make the class even more enticing, it includes a tequila tasting following the big lesson. ( Salsa Dancing )

 Sports

Sunday, November 27th- Look, Gang Green has been through some tough times lately, but they sure as heck aren’t out of it yet. Don your Holmes jersey and jet out to MetLife stadium this holiday weekend as the New York Jets hosts the Bills of Buffalo. Hopefully they can begin to make believers out of all of us again, before letting us down in January, soon. ( Jets-Bills Tickets )

Music & Entertainment

Friday, November 25th – Movie release day. Quiet night tonight? Check out these releases coming out today. “Arthur Christmas” (PG), a 3D adventure with the voices of Hugh Laurie and James McAvoy, joining “The Muppets” as some holiday fare for the kiddies. When Santa’s high-tech operation fails to deliver presents to every child, his son Arthur must step up to save the day. Also, “Hugo” (PG), the Martin Scorcese helmed project with Sir Ben Kingsley, Sascha Barn Cohen, and Jude Law. Hugo is tasked with protecting an automaton and notebook left by his father. Riveting indeed. Don’t blame us if you hate both. We sat through “A Dangerous Method.”

Saturday, November 26th- Progressive rockers, Moe. have been dominating the tour scene for years with little need for radio play, while holding their own with jams acts such as Phish and Ween. Friday, November 25th- Things are about to get real strange at this years, “Weirdsgiving.” The folks at the, Dog & Pony Show have decided to step it up a notch. They found a shady hole in Williamsburg covered with furry walls, dead animals, musty smells, a bunch of broken stuff, awkward lighting, creepy visuals, and music by the bizarre west coast talents of the legendary DJ Garth. Sounds delightful! If you are attending it is advised that you come dressed in the freakiest gear you can find. (Dog & Pony Show )

Saturday, November 26th- Take a break from the rigors of this Thanksgiving weekend to take part in a newer New York tradition: the third annual New York Lighted Boat Parade.
