If you are a Lindsey/Fleetwwod fan, this is a show not to be missed. We saw him in Charlotte this summer on his solo tour in July after seeing with him with his band 6 months before. We were totally blown away from the 2+ hour show he performed by himself. He uses about 12 different guitars during the show and when he played “Go Your Own Way”, we could have sworn the band was with him. To be “voted” as the 100th best guitar player of all time is a total injustice to him. ” I’m So Afraid” was just an example of his fantastic guitar playing. “Big Love” gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. You wont be disappointed!!!! Rock on Lindsey, Dont Stop!!

LB was not a founding member of Fleetwood Mac. He is a wonderful artist and I am glad to see him out there performing and publishing new material, but author, please, a little fact checking before YOU publish. Thank you.

I saw the concert from the same tour in Ithaca, NY on June 8th. I also saw him last winter at the Casino in Salamanca, NY with three othersplaying with him. The concert in Salamanca was one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. This one in Ithaca just seemed too short (I think that he played about half the songs as last time). The guy’s guitar playing simply blows me away. If you get seats up close enough to watch his fingers as he plays it’s amazing. I’ve always liked FM (The big machine) mostly because of his song writing and guitar playing, but he’s just as good solo. He’s one artisit who isn’t afraid to take risks with his music and is better now that he ever was in my opinion.

@goinsane4buckingham: Presumably, the article did originally say “On Tuesday night, Fleetwood Mac founding member Lindsey Buckingham…” It’s been corrected here, but the link here from Buckingham’s home page (http://lindseybuckingham.com/news/82641) still has the mistake. Unless someone added that line when transcribing it to the LB site, which seems unlikely – his name is misspelled (“Buckhingham”), also. Gotta think the error is (was) LocalBozo’s.

The author of the article never said that–he said that Lindsey was a “member” of the landmark band. He also mentioned that the show married his prolific work with the band, and his solo efforts.

Valued the review, but one note – Lindsey Buckingham wasn’t a founding member of Fleetwood Mac.
